Our organic beef is grass fed and grain finished for quality marbling, but most importantly – it’s homegrown, hormone free and non-GMO. 

Our chickens spend their entire life on pasture eating grass and bugs. We move them to fresh grass daily and supplement their diet with an organic, soy free, non-GMO feed.  The beautiful, yellow fat they feature signals a high Omega-3 content.  With 3Xs more Omega-3 Content, 2Xs more Vitamin E, 40% More Vitamin A, our birds are healthier than your average chicken!
